Fermented using non-selected indigenous yeast:
60% Fermented whole-cluster in french oak vats + 40% destemmed in stainless steel.
- Matured in neutral French oak barriques for 15-months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
- This wine is living. And is yum. Notes of black cherry, strawberry.
- Can be enjoyed lightly chilled.
