
Dillon's distillery has created a traditional Manhattan cocktail, by taking their 5-year-old grain-to-glass Rye Whisky, Dillon's Niagara-grown Sweet Vermouth, and Aromatic Bitters, stirring them in the tank as if it was a big mixing glass full of ice, then aging it all together for an added three months in ex-aromatic bitters barrels.
